JoJo is the only female member of the Big Guy Maintenance Team -- or as
they like to call it, the Pit Crew. If this was ever a problem, it was
dealt with long ago; she apparently racks out in the same room as the
guys, which given the smallness of the Dark Horse and the rapid
response needed at all hours, is probably just as well. Like the others,
she is a pilot as well as a mechanic and is seen flying both the VTOL and
the Legend-1. Jo is apparently newer to the project than Mack or
Garth, since she has to ask why the coverup continues (101).
Jo is most easily spotted by the way she almost never wears her uniform jacket. You can't see it in the picture, but she also has freckles galore.
