Lestrade ground her teeth. "Let's try this ONE MORE TIME! What
is your name?"
"Goku."
"What were you doing at the bank?"
"I was just trying to stop those robbers."
"And where do you live?"
"I am from another dimen...."
"Will you stop it with the stupid 'I am from another
dimension' story? That's all you've been telling me for the last
hour."
Goku sweat-dropped. "But it's the truth, Inspector."
"The truth, my foot. How gullible do you think I am?"
Lestrade sighed. "Can you at least tell me why your DNA didn't show
up on the computer?"
Goku gave a blank look. "Can I ask you a question?"
"What?"
"What's DNA?"
Lestrade did an anime fallover. "Are you serious?"
Goku answered with a nod.
"How can you possibly not know what DNA is?"
Goku just shrugged his shoulders. "You know, you remind me of
my wife."
"You have a wife?"
"Yeah, her name's Chi Chi."
Yes - finally a breakthrough! thought Lestrade. "What
is her number, so I can call her?"
"Oh, you won't be able to call her. She lives in another
dimen...."
Before Goku finished his sentence, Lestrade banged her head
against her desk. "I should have known," she mumbled.
"Um, are you okay, Inspector?"
"Excuse me, Inspector," said an officer as he entered the
office, "Mr. Holmes is here."
"Finally!" Lestrade looked over at Goku. "If Holmes can't
figure out who you are, nobody can!"
